6SIGMA design is an independent graphic design studio led by Tyrone Fonseca. Since 2002, the studio has worked with agencies, nonprofit organizations and businesses to create clear, effective communications across print and digital platforms.

Our work includes fundraising campaigns, direct mail, catalogues, annual reports, branding, email campaigns and digital advertising. Projects range from focused production assignments to integrated campaigns involving multiple formats, stakeholders and suppliers.

Tyrone brings experience as a designer, art director and design manager. Before establishing 6SIGMA, he led design studios in agency and corporate environments, managing creative teams, workflow, budgets, technology and production. Today, he remains directly involved in every project and brings in trusted creative and production partners when additional capabilities or capacity are required.

The approach is straightforward: understand the audience, solve the communication problem and deliver work that is thoughtful, practical and well made.
